Really good Hospitality and Prime Location

My stay featured a great room with nice facilities and a coffee machine. Bottled water was supplied. Air conditioning worked well. The gardens are kept to a high standard. I found the surrounding gardens kept to a high standard, and the pool looks out to the beach across the road.

I noticed the gym is a bit too small. More than two people in the room becomes unpleasant.

The staff are very friendly and cute. Room service operates at all hours with great choices on the menu. I appreciated the assistance with arranging transport to the airport.

my room was clean and beautifully maintained. i especially liked the tropical garden surroundings and the peaceful ambience. the hotel is close to shops and restaurants. the pool area provided a lovely, relaxing atmosphere.

the facilities are old. i believe it was a decent hotel many years ago, but now it needs some maintenance. all the furniture is old and worn.

the room i had wasn't great. the air conditioning barely worked, and it got pretty humid inside. the bathroom had a strange odor too. it's a shame, really, because the location is fantastic, but the room itself needs some attention.

the air conditioner was oddly positioned. it did not face the bed. there was no fan, so i was warm. the room also felt dirty. there were questionable stains on the sofa.
